Since 1982, the Complementary Tests Service of Sant Pere Claver Hospital Foundation has carried out quality electromyography, exercise tests (Ergos), Holter monitoring and campimetry tests to obtain effective results quickly.
 

These diagnostic units have been growing steadily in the number of patients, the number of doctors and the amount of technical equipment available.

Recently the service has incorporated new digital and computing technologies in their units in order to adapt to new demands and offer the maximum output in the tests carried out. Thanks to this investment in equipment, the waiting lists have become shorter and the service is quicker and more efficient.
 

It is important to highlight that with the current technological advances the test results can now be sent daily in computer format to the doctors who requested the tests. Also thanks to the current technology of these services in many cases the patients can now be examined in their district or in the reference hospital and therefore patients do not need to travel long distances.
