EAM Youth Assistance Unit

Functions and Aims
The Youth Assistance Unit began in 1994 (Mental Health Support Program for Youth Justice) in response to the health programs of the Justice and Health Departments of the Autonomous Government of Catalonia for mental health assistance for minors and young people above 14 years old within the youth justice system. Support is also provided for the Youth Justice personnel who work with young people with mental health problems, except in justice education centres.

Assistance Programs
Individual, family and collective psychological and psychiatric attention in health centres.

Area covered
Youth Justice teams in the regions of Barcelona.
 

Opening hours
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8h to 19h. Thursday and Friday from 8 to 15h.
