Vision and Strategic Plan

Sant Pere Claver Hospital Foundation is continually evolving to adapt to society’s needs with the aim of becoming a reference centre for health assistance and scientific knowledge, with a broad offer of services and a significant local presence.

The Foundation is currently developing a Strategic Plan 2008-2011 that focuses on the strategies to be implemented in the coming years to successfully face the present and future challenges of society. It is a harmonious combination between the growth and innovation of our services, and the openness and solidarity of our professionals.

The main actions that will be developed over the coming years are:

- To broaden and adapt the health and social services we offer to the new necessities of the society that surrounds us.

- To broaden the area in which we work through new strategic alliances with other institutions.

- To implement a Quality Plan for the entire Institution.

- To promote research and training programs to establish the Foundation as a centre of medical excellence.

- To improve internal communication between all the professionals and services of the institution, as well as the communication with society.

- To implement and obtain new equipment within an appropriate and viable Investment Plan.
